Bag Sale at Northern Onondaga Public Library (NOPL) Cicero Branch in Cicero, NY. Friday, September 18, 2026, 4 pm to 6 pm. The Friends of NOPL Cicero annual used book sale is happening on September 18 & 19 at the NOPL Cicero pole barn behind the library at 8686 Knowledge Lane in Cicero. Prices noted on the library's site: $5 per bag. A members-only preview or pre-sale is mentioned.
